Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a memorable customer experience and identify banking opportunities.

• Leads lobby engagement to position PNC products and leverage technology for transactions.
• Supports Branch Manager in performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensures daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently.
