Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals.
• Leads lobby engagement to position PNC products and uses technology to assist transactions.
• Assists Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately.
