• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Mentors tellers and refers opportunities to branch staff.
• Leads lobby engagement to position PNC products and leverage technology.
• Supports branch manager with performance, hiring and operations.
• Ensures daily operations comply with policies and are accurate.
