Job summary

PNC is seeking a Teller Leader in an in-office capacity in New Jersey. You will coach tellers, drive exceptional customer experiences, and identify opportunities to grow share of wallet by guiding customers through banking solutions.

Bilingual Spanish skills are required, and sponsorship is not offered for this role. Base Salary range is $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 with incentive eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• No university degree required but related experience or product knowledge preferred.
• Spanish speaking ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
• Educates customers on alternatives and leverages technology to manage financial transactions.
• Refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff and participate in lobby engagement to connect with customers.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes while adhering to policies and procedures to ensure efficient branch operations.
