Formación

• 1+ years of related experience typically required.
• No degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to adhere to policies and balance cash handling.

Responsabilidades

• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on banking options.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Coach, mentor and lead tellers, ensuring accurate transactions and compliance with policies.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Maintain branch daily operations and efficient service delivery.
