Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
• Mentors tellers to engage with customers and refer to branch staff when appropriate.
• Position PNC products to meet customer needs by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and ensure efficient, accurate daily operations and maintenance transactions.
