Qualifications

• 1+ years of related teller/retail banking experience.
• No degree required; relevant certifications may be considered.
• Spanish speaking - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on banking options.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate to branch staff.
• Engage with customers to position PNC products and leverage technology to enhance banking transactions.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes and ensure compliance with policies.
