Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Position PNC products to meet customer needs and educate on how to manage transactions using technology and tools.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure daily teller and branch operations are accurate and compliant with policies.
