PNC's Cameron Road Branch in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Teller to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach tellers. This in-office role requires strong leadership and a commitment to financial wellbeing.

Based in the branch, you will mentor staff, identify banking opportunities, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while upholding PNC policies. Spanish bilingual preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Related experience or product knowledge typically required (1+ years).
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes referrals as appropriate.
• Connects with customers through lobby engagement activities and positions PNC products to meet needs.
