Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller functions and coach tellers in-person in branch.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to bankers for financial wellness conversations.
• Manage teller line daily activities and scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory and security procedures are followed; balance cash drawers.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers; attend huddles.
• Promote bank products and services to clients; meet sales targets.
• Work Saturdays as directed; maintain branch operational standards.
