Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and assist with teller functions in an in-branch setting.
• Coach tellers to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
• Identify client needs and transition to a Banker for financial wellness discussions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security and internal audit controls.
