Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions and coaches other tellers.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Drives financial wellness conversations by transitioning clients to a Banker.
• Supports onboarding and training of new Tellers.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls.
