KeyBank in Walnutport, PA is seeking a Lead Teller to serve as a resource for resolving client servicing issues and coaching tellers in a busy branch. You will identify financial wellness opportunities, transition clients to bankers, and ensure daily branch operations with regulatory compliance.

You will lead, train, and motivate tellers, balance cash drawers, and participate in daily huddles to deliver exceptional service and accurate transactions.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of strong client relationship experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Able to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork in a branch.
• Familiar with banking policies and daily branch operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teller line operations, scheduling, and staff coaching.
