Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller to serve as a trusted advisor in a branch environment. You will identify and resolve client servicing issues, coach tellers, and help guide staffing and scheduling while maintaining compliance with policies.

You will observe client needs, transition appropriate opportunities to bankers, and promote financial wellness tools for customers. Saturday work may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork in a branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller line operations and scheduling for tellers.
• Coach tellers to enhance client experience and branch efficiency.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Assist clients with financial wellness conversations and referrals to bankers.
