Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in person, by phone, and via email.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teller staff daily.
• Ensure accurate cash balancing and audit logs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and checks.
• Maintain adherence to security and policy compliance.
• Support branch operations and cash shipments.
• Prepare and submit branch reports on time.
