The role includes coaching staff, handling opening/closing procedures, driving sales through needs-based conversations, and cross-training to cover duties across departments as needed.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of related experience
• 0-1 year of leadership/management experience
• Knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures preferred

Mansioni

• Supervise daily teller operations to ensure accuracy and high member satisfaction
• Coordinate record reconciliation, reports, teller schedules and cash needs
• Develop, motivate, and retain qualified staff; train on sales techniques
