• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Coaches tellers to perform efficiently in branch operations.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Transits clients to Bankers for financial wellness discussions.
• Assists clients in achieving financial goals through tools and guidance.
• Participates in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Balances cash drawer within guidelines and follows compliance procedures.
• Oversees branch staff on operational/regulatory procedures and scheduling.
• Maintains knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
• Supports onboarding and training of new Tellers.
