KeyBank in Dublin, OH, is seeking a Lead Teller to drive exceptional client service in-branch and support teller teams. You will resolve complex service issues, identify financial wellness opportunities, and coach tellers to strengthen daily operations and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of client relationship and cash handling experience, strong Windows PC skills, and proven leadership; a Notary license is preferred. Weekend shifts and ongoing training are part of the job.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
• 3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required)
• 3+ years experience in cash handling (required)
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator (required)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required)
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks (required)
• Notary License (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and coaching responsibilities in-branch.
• Manages teller functions efficiently and coaches tellers in person.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Recognizes financial wellness opportunities and transitions clients to a Banker.
• Supports onboarding and training of new Tellers.
• Ensures branch compliance with regulatory procedures and scheduling.
• Balances cash drawer and adheres to balancing guidelines.
• Promotes products and services to clients and meets sales targets.
