Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience with teller responsibilities.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proven track record in sales, coaching, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive a best-in-class branch experience across five areas: customer engagement, service execution, operational excellence, leadership and management.
• Lead and coach tellers; oversee teller and senior teller responsibilities.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently; manage deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payoffs and official checks.
• Balance daily operations, balance ATM and vault, and perform branch capture procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate platforms for solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Mentor and onboard new tellers; participate in interviewing and training.
• Oversee scheduling, branch meetings, and performance assessments.
