Municipal Employees Credit Union of Baltimore is seeking a Lead Teller for the Randallstown Branch. This service-focused role requires guiding tellers, ensuring accurate handling of member needs, and supporting branch operations with strong supervisory skills.

The position emphasizes high-quality member experiences, coaching for performance, and proficiency in teller transactions, ATM settlements, and problem resolution across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; GED acceptable.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 36 months teller experience required.
• 36 months sales/customer service experience required.
• Leadership Development Program - 1st year required.
• MSR Training Curriculum required.
• Proficient in ATM, TCD and branch settlements.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller line with minimal supervision and guide tellers to accuracy.
• Coach and trains employees on the teller line to optimize performance.
• Manage branch in absence of Branch management and handle complex issues.
• Perform teller duties including ATM settlement process and monitor counterfeit currency.
