Job summary

MECU of Baltimore is seeking motivated Tellers to serve members with accuracy and a friendly, knowledgeable approach at our Baltimore locations. You will handle cash transactions, maintain precise records, and help members choose suitable financial options while upholding security standards.

Responsibilities include balancing daily cash, referring to specialists for products, and assisting customers through branches and ITM terminals. Saturday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Adherence to BSA, Privacy Act & Elder Abuse reporting is a REQUIREMENT.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic cash receipt and payment services to members.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records.
• Refer members to representatives for products and services.
• Remain watchful to protect against fraud and counterfeit instruments.
• Assist members through multiple channels including ITM terminals.
