Job summary

BayPort Credit Union is seeking a Lead Teller in Virginia to oversee daily teller operations, process transactions, and deliver outstanding member service in a fast-paced branch environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily teller operations and customer service for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coach tellers with monthly one-on-one sessions and performance reviews.
• Manage vault and cash handling, including audits and cash shipments.
• Open/close branch duties and ensure security and policy compliance.
• Educate members on products and cross-sell where appropriate.
