Qualifications

• Spanish speaking - required.
• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on banking options.
• Identifies banking opportunities during interactions and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Leads lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Supports branch manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures daily teller operations and transactions are completed accurately.
