Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to clients through various communication methods.
• Work on the investigation of customer complaints using SalesForce.
• Assist with training Technical Services Representatives.
• Support departmental procedures and ensure internal controls.
• Create and update technical documents and literature.

Skills

Minimum of 6 yrs. experience in construction industry

Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards

Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills

Education

Associates degree or equivalent work experience
