Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical services to customers via phone and email.
• Train Technical Service Representatives and assist with workload.
• Handle complex customer complaints and provide follow-up.

Skills

6+ years experience in construction

Technical Services experience

Salesforce knowledge

Strong knowledge of architecture

Expert knowledge of LATICRETE products

Education

Associates degree or equivalent experience
