Job summary

LATICRETE International is looking for a candidate to supervise the technical service representatives and manage operations within the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years experience and possess excellent supervisory skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for training personnel, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality of service to clients. An Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of construction methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Management of technical service representatives' attendance and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review and preparation of technical documents.
• Coordinate and participate in job site assistance.

Skills

Supervisory and management skills

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Detailed knowledge of LATICRETE product line

Fluency in 2nd language
