Job summary

SynthBee, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruitment Lead to shape our talent strategy for machine learning, engineering, software development, product, and program management.

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and build scalable strategies to attract top-tier talent in a high-growth environment. You will develop partnerships with academia and external agencies, drive outreach at conferences, and collaborate with communications to strengthen the employer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, including ML, AI, software, and product/program management.
• Demonstrated success building academic and industry partnerships.
• Strong track record managing agency relationships and delivering against aggressive hiring targets.
• Deep understanding of talent metrics, tools, and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all departments with a focus on reducing time-to-fill to under 30 days.
• Build and refine scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop internal hiring capabilities through training and coaching for hiring managers.
• Ensure a consistent and inclusive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and measure ROI.
• Track and report recruiting KPIs and use insights to improve hiring velocity and quality.
