Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting university recruiting or early careers programs.
• Ability to assess technical backgrounds beyond resumes (projects/internships).
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms; Eightfold experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage university and early careers talent pipelines with steady flow.
• Screen and assess candidates' technical backgrounds and coursework.
• Match candidates to opportunities with hiring teams based on skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future needs.
• Build talent pipelines across software and hardware engineering.
• Maintain candidate relationships and engagement through process.
• Source candidates via campuses, referrals, networks, and programs.
• Advise teams on candidate fit and availability.
• Keep accurate records in ATS/CRM and provide timely updates.
• Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout.
