Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is seeking a lead teacher for the Mary Stuart Gile Early Learning Center in Concord, NH. This full-time role involves developing and supervising programs that foster social, emotional, cognitive, creative, physical, and linguistic growth in young students.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher qualified (18 credits) with 2 years in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of teaching principles and curriculum development.
• Ability to plan quality programs and use positive behavior guidance.
• Ability to work with families and diverse youth.

Responsibilities

• Create and supervise learning activities promoting development across domains.
• Plan and outline curriculum to meet youth needs with emergent elements.
• Maintain health and safety of all members and track outcomes.
• Record-keeping and weekly reporting of activities.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and children.
• Supervise volunteers and staff; provide performance feedback.
• Lead planning meetings and increase program visibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
