The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is seeking a lead teacher for the Mary Stuart Gile Early Learning Center. Responsibilities include planning curricula, supervising staff and volunteers, maintaining records, and communicating with families to promote student growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher qualification with 18 credits and 2 years in ECE or equivalent.
• Ability to plan and implement quality programs; creative teaching strategies.
• Ability to form developmentally appropriate relationships with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise programs promoting development across domains.
• Oversee curriculum planning and ensure health and safety of members.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; provide feedback on performance.
