The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire are hiring a Lead Teacher for the North Country Clubhouse in Lisbon. You will develop and implement high-quality early childhood programs, build strong relationships with children and families, and lead staff and volunteers to support a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher qualification: 18 credits and 2 years in Early Childhood Education or similar.
• Must be 18+ with 1,000 hours in a licensed program.
• Proficiency in current teaching methods and curriculum development.
• Ability to plan and implement quality programs; creative teaching strategies.
• Ability to form developmentally appropriate relationships with children.
