The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is seeking a dynamic Lead Teacher for the North Country Clubhouse in Lisbon to establish a welcoming, engaging classroom. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities to shape programs and support families in our community.

You will develop and implement high-quality programs, supervise staff and volunteers, use observations to inform instruction, and collaborate with community partners to advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher qualification (18 credits) with two years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum development.
• Ability to plan and implement quality programs and engage diverse learners.
• Ability to supervise staff and communicate clearly with families.
