Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a skilled Survey Lead for the Port Arthur LNG project in Port Arthur, TX. You will supervise survey operations, direct field and office teams, and ensure safety and accuracy across earthwork, foundations, and structural survey activities.

You will use 3D laser scanning, CAD, and DTMs to support design, field verification, and as-built documentation, coordinating with multiple groups on a multi-discipline construction program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with substantial related experience.
• Experience leading survey operations on heavy industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Bechtel's safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead/assist PLS in overseeing survey operations and quality.
• Provide construction survey support to field engineering and supervision.
• Establish and verify the project survey control network and data management.
• Create and review CAD drawings, DTMs, and volume computations.
