Job summary

Bechtel invites an experienced Construction Project Engineer to supervise junior piling and field engineering teams on the Port Arthur LNG project. You will lead work planning, material management, quantity validation, safety and quality control, and system turnover coordination in collaboration with design and construction teams.

The role requires strong communication, extensive field experience with civil site works and piling, and a deep commitment to ES&H on LNG facilities along the Gulf

Qualifications

• Required bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years total.
• Experience with civil site works, piling, LNG construction site exposure preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong ES&H commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coaching to junior field engineers and support services.
• Plan work, package tasks, manage materials, and verify quantities.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with project specs.
• Coordinate turnover and documentation for system handover.
