Job summary

Irvine Company is seeking a Lead Analyst to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, prequalification, and data updates across systems and insure data accuracy. You will serve as the supplier data expert, guiding teams on requirements and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and other stakeholders to monitor supplier risks, manage 1099 reporting, and drive process improvements across onboarding and information management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of master data management, supply chain or data analytics, procurement operations, or related experience.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, prequalification, and data management processes.
• Proficiency with SAP, Coupa, Ariba and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, prequalification, and data updates.
• Maintain supplier master data across SAP and Coupa, resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management and other stakeholders on onboarding and insurance.
• Prepare reports including the annual 1099 tax reporting.
• Support process improvements and automation opportunities.
