Empower is seeking a Senior Analyst Supplier Performance & Risk to oversee performance, compliance, and risk for suppliers supporting our external workforce. You will monitor SLAs, KPIs, and governance standards, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to drive improvements and reliable service delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–7 years of supplier management or third-party risk experience.
• Experience with SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and dashboards for trend analysis.
• Lead supplier business reviews and present findings.
• Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze risks in external workforce and governance standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliant service delivery.
