Job summary

Empower in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst Supplier Performance & Risk to support performance, compliance, and risk management of external suppliers. You will work with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure effective governance and consistent service delivery.

The role focuses on monitoring SLAs and KPIs, maintaining scorecards, and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years in supplier management, vendor management, procurement, or risk.
• Experience with external labor or third-party service providers.
• Experience using SLAs, KPIs, scorecards to measure performance.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead supplier business reviews and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Track corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze risks related to external workforce and third-party engagements.
• Support governance processes and compliance across supplier activities.
