Job summary

Quest Global seeks a Supplier Development Lead in Southern California to drive supplier readiness, containment, and improvement across designated suppliers. You will lead RCCA investigations, coordinate with operations, quality, and commodity teams, and manage action plans to stabilize supplier performance.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, operational excellence, and close relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, with frequent onsite work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in relevant field with 3 years of experience.
• AS degree with 5 years production support experience.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed.
• Experience RCCA investigations for quality or delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality.
• Facilitate supplier kick-off meetings to align expectations.
• Conduct RCCA investigations to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs to assess progress.
• Escalate issues to crisis mode when needed.
• Coordinate with Commodity Teams and SBUs for supplier readiness.
• Develop manufacturing process technology tools and standardization.
