Job summary

The Irvine Company is seeking a Lead Analyst to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, prequalification, and information updates in compliance with policy. You will maintain supplier master data across SAP, Coupa, and other systems while resolving discrepancies and serving as the primary contact for supplier information and insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in master data management, supply chain, data analytics, or procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier onboarding and prequalification processes across systems.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data including contact, tax, banking, and licensing details.
• Reconcile supplier data across SAP and Coupa monthly.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries about supplier information, credentials and insurance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management and other stakeholders to ensure proper risk class and insurance coverage.
• Support annual 1099 tax reporting and filings.
• Identify automation opportunities and support process improvements in onboarding and risk monitoring.
