Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 for the Advanced Facilities group to plan, manage, and execute complex projects in our Oregon region. You will lead safety culture, coordinate subcontractors, manage documentation, and ensure on-time, profitable project completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s values.

You’ll oversee field teams, manage budgets and schedules, and participate in progress and coordination meetings with owners, design teams, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project safety, quality, and EEO.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors.
• Coordinate project staffing and progress meetings.
• Maintain project schedule and cost reporting.
• Support project closeouts and owner coordination.
