Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including materials, equipment and people, to achieve timely and profitable completion. You will lead safety culture, manage subcontractors and workflows, coordinate with owners, design teams and vendors, and ensure QA/QC, cost reporting and schedule adherence across projects.

Role requires a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), 3+ years in construction and 1+ year

Qualifications

• Leads all aspects of the project’s safety culture and creates awareness.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, and the overall workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the project site care and control.
• Communicates key project information to owners, design team and contractors.
