Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, accounting, or student financial services preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal student aid regulations, private education loans, institutional loan programs, and student accounts receivable practices preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with financial aid systems and related administrative software.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile loan disbursements across systems and maintain borrower records.
• Prepare loan promissory notes, borrower documentation, and loan records.
• Process disbursement files and reports for Accounting Services and maintain borrower accounts.
• Monitor delinquent loan accounts and coordinate collection efforts with third-party agencies.
• Assist with billing, account maintenance, and customer service for Graduate, IDP, non-matriculated, study away, and undergraduate populations.
• Review tax reporting and prepare corrections supporting Forms 1098-T and 1042-S.
