Job summary

South College is seeking a dedicated Student Accounts Officer to join our online and on-campus teams. You will generate tuition invoices, process payments, and reconcile student accounts to ensure accuracy across terms and financial aid applications.

You will monitor past due balances, communicate policies clearly, and assist students with installment plans and institutional aid. A strong customer service focus and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Attention to detail in handling tuition fees and payments.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send tuition and fees invoices.
• Monitor past due payments and send reminders via calls, texts and emails.
• Explain fees, payments, and policies to students and parents.
• Track student accounts and reconcile monthly statements.
