Job summary

You will lead quality checks, mentor junior staff, manage workload to meet schedule, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on world-class projects for resilient infrastructure and advanced manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• At least 4 years of Structural Engineering experience.
• Experience with US building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
• Experience with structural analysis software; Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design under general supervision.
• Apply wind and seismic design provisions and building code requirements.
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality control.
• Manage workload, commitments, and schedule.
• Provide technical guidance to designers/drafters and junior engineers.
