Job summary

Hanson Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Structural Bridge Engineer to lead highway and railway bridge projects in its Infrastructure Market. You will perform advanced structural analyses, prepare construction documents, and mentor junior staff.

Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with structural focus, 5+ years' experience, and PE/SE registrations or the ability to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus structural coursework; PE/SE licenses strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of structural bridge design and project leadership experience.
• Experience with DOT bridge design practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in leading bridge projects within Hanson's Infrastructure Market.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and use analysis/design software.
• Collaborate with senior staff on national projects and prepare specs.
• Manage budgets, mentor staff, and contribute to proposals and scopes.
