You will perform complex calculations, analyze designs, and collaborate with senior staff on national projects. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with structural coursework, PE registration, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural coursework.
• Minimum 5 years of related structural bridge experience.
• PE license required; SE license preferred.
• IDOT NBIS/bridge project leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist bridge projects within Hanson’s Infrastructure Market.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and use design software.
• Collaborate with senior staff and multidisciplinary teams on national projects.
• Prepare specifications, details, and construction plans.
• Manage project budgets, mentor junior staff, and review work.
• Support proposals, scopes, and fee development.
• Contribute to business pursuits and technical societies participation.
