Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team in growing the store brand and delivering best-in-class service. You will help build a sales and service culture and report to the store management team.

You will supervise team members, assist with training, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment. The role requires 1–3 years in retail and supervisory experience, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years retail experience; 1+ year supervisory in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Support management to grow the store's brand and service culture.
• Lead service team, merchandising, and front-end operations; drive sales.
• Supervise team members and assist with training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
