Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate for our St. Petersburg, FL location to lead daily retail operations, coach team members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensure compliance, and drive inventory accuracy and checkout efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of leadership in retail, 1 year in customer-facing roles, and strong POS/cash handling skills, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• 21+ years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• 6+ months leadership in retail.
• 6+ months store operations experience including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Store Associate experience recommended (6+ months).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety, and loss prevention.

• Lead inventory counts and overnight audits.
• Stay informed on promotions and product updates.
