Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Saint Petersburg, FL to be the face of the brand and help customers explore cannabis products while delivering top-tier service. You will greet guests, provide product advice, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer-facing or sales roles. The position is 15–25 hours per week, with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months using POS systems and handling cash.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Provide personalized product advice and build customer relationships.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues; boost satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, follow procedures and regulations.
• Process transactions, check IDs, update profiles accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked; assist with inventory and online orders.
• Aim to meet or exceed daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.
