Curaleaf in Sebring, FL is seeking a Lead Store Associate to drive exceptional customer experiences and guide a high-performing team. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, manage operations, and ensure compliant, welcoming store conditions.

The role requires 1 year in customer-facing sales, 6 months in retail leadership, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations.
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities
